FAMOUS PLACES IN QASIMABAD !!
Hyderabad is the biggest city of Sindh that is full of places that have their own identification . It is unique from all other cities because it has its own areas that are unique from all other cities . The most popular areas of our city are Hirabad, latifabad, Saddar, and Qasimabad . We are not going to discuss all Hyderabad but focusing on particular area that is Qasimabad.
In Qasimabad there are some places that are old and famous and have their own history that is popular in our country. In Qasimabad there is an old and entertaining places that are known as pride of Hyderabad.
The Rani bagh, prevously Das Garden is a zoological garden located in Hyderabad City, Sindh Pakistan. It has established as a botanical garden in 1861 by Agro horticultural Society and later animals were moved in. Rani Bagh was spread over 53 acres of land , divided into fourparts included Eidgah, the Abbas Bhai Park, zoo and lawns, children parks, jogging tracks and parking area. In Rani Bagh aproximately 21 species of mammals, 41 species of birds and 10 species of reptiles are found. Rani Bagh is home to 3177 trees of 227 species. Not only this Rani Bagh is the only place in Hyderabad for entertainment for people . There is big funland in Ranibagh where people of Hyderabad come and enjoy their weekend with family. In Funland there are many rides for children and elders and also shopping area and a separate food court for people. In Rani Bagh many events like melas , functions etc are organised by different schools or organization that entertain the people. Mostly people comes on weekend to enjoy and we found huge crowd on weekend.
Another unique place in our area is Sindh Museam that is located in Qasimabad . It is unique from other areas because there is only one museam in our city Hyderabad. Museum was founded in 1768 by Mian Ghulam Shah Kalhoro dynasty. . This place contain lots of Traditional things from clothes to pots utensils and their portray along with sculptures. The Museum , bedsides maintaining models and artifacts of Sindh , related to the ancient , mediaval and modern periods, had established a gallery where contribution and works of some eminent personalities have been displayed. This is place of tourism in Hyderabad which is abundant with the items that are related to our cultural heritage. Sindh museum provide the tourist a great view of old civilizations and culture that is affected to Sindhi culture in number of ways. Everyone knows that our Sindh is famous for its handicraft work so here in Sindh Museum we found bestwork of handicraft with beautiful colors.

Hyderabad has been named after Niaz Ahmed the late sports lover of Hyderabad who was motivating factor for building this stadium. This stadium is infront of three star hotel Indus. The inaugural first Test match at Hyderabad took place on 16 -21 March 1962 between South zone v Pakistan Education Board(PEB) . Many test matches and international matches take place in this stadium in history but due to ban of matches in Pakistan after the attack on Srilankian cricket team on 3 March 2009, when a bus carrying Sri Lankan cricketers . The attack was believed to have been carried by Lashkare-e-Jahangvi . But now in 2017 in PSL match the door for International Cricket in Pakistan is opened.
